Using Our Website

Products & Artwork

We do our best to accurately display and describe all artworks and products.
However, colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

All artworks are sold as described, and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
An order is only accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as we may not be able to cancel or change orders once they are confirmed.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed over to the delivery carrier.

Workshops & Classes

By booking a workshop, you acknowledge that participation involves the use of art materials and tools.

You agree to:

Follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop
Take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others

Workshop bookings are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy

Liability & Insurance (Workshops)

We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance for our workshops.
In addition, some workshops booked through third-party platforms (such as ClassBento) may be covered under their own public liability insurance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from:

Failure to follow safety instructions
Misuse of materials or tools
Pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed prior to the workshop

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artworks, images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Ildy Izso Art or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining & Scraping

Our artworks, images, designs, and content must not be used for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, neural networks, or similar technologies.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

Scrape, harvest, mine, or collect any content from this website or our platforms
