Free Shipping for Prints & Products Over $100
Standard shipping is free for eligible prints and products with a subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping).

Shipping & Insurance for Original or Commissioned Artworks
Original artworks and commissioned pieces are higher value. They are eligible for free standard shipping when the order is $100 or more, but due to their value and fragile nature, we highly recommend optional shipping insurance.

  • If you want extra cover, choose the appropriate shipping option at checkout:

    • Additional cover for standard free shipping: $5

    • Express shipping with additional cover: $20

  • Optional insurance covers loss or damage during transit and is purchased at checkout via the shipping option.

Delivery Timing & Responsibility

  • All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Once items are with the carrier, title and risk pass to the customer.

  • For delays, lost, or damaged parcels, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery to assist with claims.

International Shipping Notes

  • Flat rates apply for small parcels up to ~500 g.

  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If an international order requires higher postage due to size or weight, we will contact you before dispatch.
