Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I return my print or artwork?
A: Yes! Prints and artworks can be returned in their original condition inside the protective packaging (cellophane bag, envelope can be opened). Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Q: Can I get a refund for a workshop?
A: Workshops are non-refundable, except in cases of serious health issues or bereavement. You can reschedule your booking up to 3 business days before the class.

Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Domestic shipping (within Australia) is:

Free for prints/products over $100
$11 Standard for orders under $100
$15 Express for small parcels
Local delivery (within 10 km of Waterloo) is free

International shipping (small parcels up to ~500 g):

Standard: $30 flat (~5–10 business days)
Express: $50 flat (~3–6 business days)

Q: Can I insure my order during shipping?
A: Yes! Optional insurance is available for higher-value items:

$5 for free standard shipping
$20 for express shipping

Choose the insurance option at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Domestic standard shipping: 2–6 business days
Domestic express: 1–2 business days
International: see above estimates; customs may add extra days.

Q: Are customs or import taxes included in international shipping?
A: No — any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: Do I need experience to join a workshop?
A: Nope! All workshops are beginner-friendly and designed for everyday people.

Q: Can you travel for private workshops?
A: Yes! I can travel up to 80 km from Waterloo (2017) for private or group bookings.

Q: What happens if I can’t attend a workshop?
A: You can reschedule up to 3 business days before the session. Refunds are only in exceptional circumstances.
