Q: Can I get a refund for a workshop? A: Workshops are non-refundable, except in cases of serious health issues or bereavement. You can reschedule your booking up to 3 business days before the class.
Q: What if my artwork arrives damaged? A: Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Local delivery (within 10 km of Waterloo) is free

Q: Do I need experience to join a workshop? A: Nope! All workshops are beginner-friendly and designed for everyday people.
Q: Can you travel for private workshops? A: Yes! I can travel up to 80 km from Waterloo (2017) for private or group bookings.
Q: What happens if I can’t attend a workshop? A: You can reschedule up to 3 business days before the session. Refunds are only in exceptional circumstances.
